Wide Bay Toyota takes out customer service award
WITH two locations in Hervey Bay and Maryborough, Wide Bay Toyota - an arm of Wide Bay Motor Group - is one of Queensland's few recipients of the 5 Star Customer Service Dealership Award.
The award famously recognises outstanding customer service, as rated by customers themselves, based on their experiences in the sales and service departments at Toyota dealerships Australia-wide.
By embracing a 'customer first' philosophy, the team at Wide Bay Toyota work to ensure that their customers' expectations are not only met, but surpassed every time.
The award is notably the highest possible ranking for customer service available to Toyota dealerships, where eligibility is a direct result of customer feedback.
Wide Bay Toyota explained that customer satisfaction was kept at its peak through continual monitoring against a strong set of criteria.
Since its inception in 1958, Wide Bay Toyota has also been an avid contributor to the local community.
Staff at the dealership, including dealer principal Jason Wiegmink, have been involved in contributions to various sporting groups across the region, sponsorship of events and a commitment to support local businesses.
Furthermore, the dealership set aside funding to assist a variety of local charities on an annual basis.
