Winterfeast has arrived!
The region's annual celebration of food kicks off with today with a cocktail party at Fairymead House and the three-day Heartland Festival in the North Burnett starting.
Feted chef Amanda Hinds, owner of multi-award-winning Indulge, is catering the Fairymead event using local produce.

2 NAIDOC March
Bundaberg's NAIDOC March is on today from 9.30am.
The march starts at the Club Hotel, heads down Bourbong St, over the Burnett Traffic Bridge and ends at Lions Park where today's NAIDOC Family Day is being held.

3 NAIDOC Family Fun Day
Today's NAIDOC Family Fun Day is jam-packed with things to do.
Everything is free - entry, rides, workshops and a sausage sizzle.
There'll also be activities including boomerang and spear throwing, a talent quest, traditional dancing, didgeridoo playing and more.
It's on from 10.30am-4pm at Lions Park over north.

4 Army Band Concert
A free concert by the Australian Army Band Brisbane to support the campaign to save the Bundaberg Municipal Band is on tonight at the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre from 7pm.

5 Fun Friday Volleyball
Bundy's indoor beach volleyball venue, Beach 365, is holding Fun Friday Volleyball from 6-9pm tonight.
The cost is $10 for three hours of play.
You can bring a team or they'll put you in one.
