What is your biggest achievement in the past four years?
In my portfolio, the adoption of the Bundaberg Regional Council Planning Scheme. In Division 7 the completion of Stage 1 of the Thabeban Drainage Scheme.
What is the biggest disappointment in this time?
The 2013 flood event and the ensuing impacts on our region and our residents.
Why should people vote you back in?
I have a strong work ethic and a passion to serve the region on a full time basis. My previous qualifications as a consulting surveyor have been invaluable in dealings within the council, as well as the public and private sectors. I am also prepared to listen.
What your main priority is for the next four years in the Bundaberg region?
I will work with all councillors to finish what I have started, especially the connection of Kay McDuff Dr to the Ring Rd and see more monies budgeted for drainage maintenance.
