Vintage cars take over at Bundaberg car show

BUNDABERG Vintage Vehicle Club held a celebratory event with clubhouse members from Gin Gin Qld On Road Radio Control Racing Car Club and Burnett Model Trains Social Club yesterday.

Daph Geddes Park complex was transformed to show off a range of displays from each club.

President Ian Pearson said the day was a success, with a few hundred people turning up to the event.

"It was just a way to get together and show the public what we are all about," Mr Pearson said.

"We had a really good response from everyone," he said.

Mr Pearson thanked all involved.

"The North Bundaberg Lions Club came along and put on a barbecue for us too."
