Truck takes out traffic lights

TRAFFIC lights at the intersection of Princess and Scotland streets were out of action yesterday, after a truck knocked them over at about 1.30pm.

Bundaberg Police Sergeant Michael Prickett said it was believed the truck was turning a corner when it struck the poles.

No-one was injured in the crash.

Bundaberg Regional Council workers attended and repaired the lights.
