Truck rolls at Childers

A WET road and a tight bend are believed to have caused a truck to roll near Childers yesterday.

The truck, which was carrying insulation batts, was travelling along Goodwood Road at the Doolbi Fiveways when it failed to negotiate the left-hand bend.

Both occupants scrambled uninjured from the passenger side of the Isuzu.

No other vehicles were involved in the incident.

Childers Urban Fire Brigade and Queensland Ambulance Service personnel attended the scene.

Early examinations of the truck revealed it had sustained little damage.
