POLICE are charging a third man, a 29-year-old from Eimeo, in relation to the alleged murder of Tyrone Michael Baynton.

Baynton, 29, was killed after being stabbed in the neck in Arcturus St in North Mackay on Sunday October 11.

Police arrested the man at 5.30pm on Sunday.

Along with his murder charge, he will also face charges of robbery with violence, enter with intent and assault causing bodily harm.

He is due to front Mackay Magistrates Court this morning.

A 24-year-old North Mackay man has already been charged with murder, armed robbery and entering a home with intent while armed.

A 26-year-old was charged with manslaughter, armed robbery and entering a home with intent.
