The Waves sweep netball again

NETBALL: The Waves netball club continue to be the powerhouse of the Bundaberg Netball division 1 competition after Wednesday night.

The sides three clubs in division 1 all won in the competition for the second time this season with The Waves Gold leading the way with a 41 goal win over Natives to remain unbeaten.

In other games The Waves Blue won by four goals over Fusion with The Waves Silver beating Alloway Purple by 30 goals.

The three sides are now all inside the top five in the competition but none are at the top.

Alloway Blue have that position after beating Blazers by 18 goals for their fifth win in a row.

The next round of the competition will be held this Wednesday at the Bundaberg Netball Superpark.

Alloway Blue 51 d Blazers 33

The Waves Gold 64 d Natives 23
