Thank You Bundy Concert cancelled

BAD weather was to blame for the cancellation of the Thank You Bundy Concert, which was scheduled for today at the Bundaberg Showgrounds.

Early this morning, organisers were forced to call the event off due to the recent wet weather, which has left many concert-goers disappointed.

Organiser of the Guinness World Record singing attempt Pete O'Brien said he was "disappointed" the day was cancelled.

"I feel sorry for the young fans," he said.

"They were really looking forward to it."

It is unknown whether the event will be rescheduled.
