Thank the Rural Fire Brigade by wearing yellow

TO SAY thank you to the heroes who volunteer in the Rural Fire Brigade and have made a commitment to protect others, wear a yellow ribbon on Tuesday, October 14.

A sausage sizzle will be held at Bunnings in Maryborough on Tuesday to raise awareness and funds for the service.

Across Queensland, there are 35,289 RFSQ volunteers, 420 Rural Fire Stations and 934 fire fighting vehicles.
