Sweet meet for Bundy women

REPRESENTATIVES of the Bundaberg Women in Sugar group have returned home feeling refreshed, pampered and more skilled, following the 2009 QRWN (Queensland Rural Women's Network) State Conference held in Toowoomba on September 19 and 20.

The women made the most of massages, facials, manicures, personal imaging, yoga, Nia Dance and even got to experience fire twirling and glass walking.

They joined more than 170 women from around the state for two days of guest speakers, workshops, a marketplace and art at the conference, which aimed to give women a chance to take time out from their busy and demanding lives, enjoy themselves, unwind, learn skills and most of all network with other rural women.

The conference was made possible by QRWN major sponsors Westpac, BeyondBlue and QPay.
