Star-studded greyhound field

THE sixth race at Thabeban Park is chock-a-block with stars, but it will be hard to go past form hound of the season Back Page, which is out for another victory on the Bundaberg sand tomorrow.

It will be up against a dog in good recent form, Richo’s Sugar, which will be hoping to turn around a disappointing effort last week.

Sister Cool was the dog to beat earlier this year while Pakeminsin, Tejay’s Assassin and Rome Fury will also be out to get the scoop from Back Page.

It is another eight-race program at the track, starting from 1.30pm with the Fixit Auto Wreckers Maiden (460m).

Minnamurra Darl will have the inside running with Not So Reckless, while High Dance, Amazing Gale, Diamond Tulsa and Petespace will fight it out from the perimeter of the track.

The fourth race Terry’s Signs 4th grade (460m) features track regulars Little Miss Noir, Enforcing and Oh Danny Boy, while fellow track faithfuls Oh My Papa, Jamaican Dance and Slick Character can be seen in the fifth race.

Elite Looking, He’s Trying, Bomber’s Jet, Cobar Charger, Cockatoo Sam and Miss Standout make up the field in the second race.

In the Outback Pet Meats Novice (460m) Fitzburg has drawn the inside box, Pure Theory, Latro, Flipperty Jig, Enforcer’s Girl, Cyndy’s Miss, Missie Linder and Ella Scott round out the field.
