Spring into action to find out what's on these holidays

NINJA turtles, Minions, an inflatable water park and workshops galore. Bundaberg kids will be spoilt for choice with an endless number of activities on offer these school holidays.

Wide Bay Kids spokeswoman Angela Stedman said the stand out was definitely the inflatable water park.

"I've been hearing really good things from people who have already gone," she said. "

The Minions live shows at Sugarland is also something that's really popular.

"The Carinbundi Kids Crash day on October 3 is really good quality activities and it's all free so that should be a fun day as well."

Mrs Stedman said as well as planned events, numerous parks and beaches across the region provided countless options to get the kids out and about.

"Boreham Park and the Botanical Gardens are favourites for my kids," she said.

"We've already visited Boreham Park and later this week we're going to have a park play day with some friends and visit the Botanical Gardens.

"The train is also a bit of a highlight."

Bundy Bowl and Leisure director Jeanette McElligott said Minions would steal the show these school holidays with the blue and yellow critters featuring extensively.

"We've got Minions themed deals and a Minions themed lock-up at the end of the school holidays," she said.

"We do have a balloon drop everyday at 12pm with balloons full of tickets to win prizes.

"We also have lights-out glow-in-the-dark bowling most of the time over the school holidays."

Ms McElligott said there would be something for kids and families.

"It's lots of fun there's something for everyone and all ages," she said.
