Sons of white women should be 'sacrificed', nurse wrote

A NURSE at a hospital in Indiana in the United States has been sacked after posting an offensive tweet suggesting that the sons of white women should "be sacrificed to the wolves".

Officials at Indiana University Health said the racist tweet was linked to an employee named Taiyesha Baker, the Indianapolis Star reported.

"A recently hired IU Health employee tied to troubling posts on social media this weekend is no longer an employee of IU Health," the health system said in a statement on Sunday.

The post came from an account named Night Nurse and suggested that white males are a "detriment to society" and should be "sacrificed to the wolves" at birth.
