Suspected spinal injuries in crash at Agnes Water

UPDATE: A family of four has been left with suspected spinal injuries and deep cuts after their van rolled in Agnes Water this morning.

Round Hill Rd was closed as Queensland Fire and Emergency Services from Agnes Water and Miriam Vale worked at the scene.

A QFES spokesman said crews extracted a woman who was trapped in the van not long after arriving on scene and said the road remained blocked at 10.30am.

Queensland Ambulance Service Bundaberg Acting Operations Supervision Nigel Jones said RACQ Careflight took two children and one adult to Bundaberg Hospital.

Mr Jones said the second adult was driven by road to Bundaberg Hospital and said all four in the van suffered injuries.

"Spinal precautions and deep lacerations from the single vehicle rollover," Mr Jones said.

Earlier: Round Hill Rd is closed at Agnes Water due to a single vehicle crash.

Queensland Fire and Emergency Services from Agnes Water and Miriam Vale are on scene.

A QFES spokesman the crew extracted a woman who was trapped in the vehicle not long after arriving on scene.

He said the road was still blocked at 10.30am.

The road was opened by 11am.
