Seven injured in overloaded car crash

TWO vehicles collided at Logging Creek Rd and Isis Highway at about 2.45pm today.

Queensland Ambulance Service operations supervisor Martin Kelly said the seven people were transported to Bundaberg Hospital.

"There were seven patients from one car and two of them had head injuries," he said.

"We dispatched six ambulances, one duty officer and two critical care paramedics.

"The patients were transported as a spinal precaution."

He said one of the vehicles was a Daewoo sedan and had nine occupants.
