Road gets seal of approval

SMILES have returned to the faces of the residents of Bootharh Rd after the recent road upgrade.

Long-time Isis River resident Frank Harris said prior to the upgrade he had serious concerns regarding the condition of the road.

Mr Harris, who has lived on Bootharh Rd for 30 years, said he wanted to thank all the people that had helped to get the road repaired.

Mr Harris said he was pleased with the support he received from Member for Burnett Stephen Bennett and the 250 people that signed the petition.

"People who live on Bootharh Rd would like to thank you for all the good work you did on the road," he said.

"I would like to thank the grader drivers, the roller truck driver and the water truck drivers."
