Reports woman was bitten by snake at Sandy Hook boat ramp

PARAMEDICS have taken a woman to hospital after she was reportedly bitten on the leg by a snake.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said an adult female was taken to the Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition after the incident at the boat ramp.

Crews were called to the scene off Sandy Hook Rd in Branyan at 2.08pm.
