Reece Mastin coming to Bundy as fans bust record
BUNDABERG appears to be a hotspot for fans of for X-Factor star Reece Mastin, and their loyalty is now being repaid with a visit from the young rocker.
Mastin is set to wow his supporters with a visit to Sanity, Hinkler Central, on October 18 to promote his upcoming album Change Colours.
A spokeswoman for the Bundaberg Sanity store said the shop won the date with the multiplatinum-selling pop star because their CD sales of his work had outstripped other Sanity stores across the country.
During a two-week period, Mastin's CDs accounted for 5% of their total sales.
The store's staff is expecting a big crowd for the event, which will include ample meet and greet opportunities for fans.
Mastin, whose previous two albums have charted in the Aria top three, was bombarded by fans at a signing prior to his last gig in Bundaberg, in April last year.
It's expected the first single off his new album will be released to his followers via Twitter.
