Coolum Beach – house fire

At 10.31 pm paramedics were called to a house fire on Greenoaks Drive. A woman in her 40s was transported in a critical condition to Nambour General Hospital where she was later declared deceased. A male patient was treated on scene for minor smoke inhalation.

Reedy Creek – single-vehicle rollover

Paramedics were called at about 5.40am to a single-vehicle rollover on the Pacific Motorway southbound just before the Varsity Lakes exit. One patient was transported in a stable condition to the Gold Coast University Hospital.

Ashmore – two-vehicle crash

Two patients were taken stable to the Gold Coast University Hospital after a two-vehicle crash on Freda Street at about 6.20pm.
