Police investigating wilful damage to road safety sign

POLICE are investigating damage to a warning sign on the corner of Coonarr and Palm Beach Rds.

The damage is believed to have happened between 11am on September 18 and 9am on September 21 to a road safety warning sign.

The warning sign had a message which read 'Warning - Heavy Trucks on the Road'.

The sign has since been located in a secluded area with damage including small holes in the front of screen, scuff marks on the back board and a detached back board rendering the sign useless have been observed.
