List of Hinkler stores set to open next week

FOR the first time, the NewsMail can tell you which Hinkler Central stores will be re-opening on May 28.With less than 130 hours before Hinkler Central re-opens it's come to the crunch on which retailers will re-open.

Of the 75 stores in Hinkler Central 45 will re-open on May 28.

These stores include supermarket giants Coles and Woolworths.

Another eight stores, including K-mart will re-open before June 30.

Of the additional 22 stores, 14 have not confirmed when they will re-open.

These retailers include Gloria Jeans, Diva, Donut King and Rainbow Nails.

And as the NewsMail broke on May 8, eight stores will not return to Hinkler Central.

Centre Manager Renee Pukallus said the centre was still in negotiations as to which new retailers would fill the empty shopfronts.

When you return to Hinkler Central, you'll notice quite a few changes.

Cotton On has doubled in size, taking over the space of Noni B. Noni B has moved to the old Fashion Fair site near K-Mart.

Ally Fashion has quadrupled in size and moved to the space where a newsagent and book store previously resided.
