No stopping Ray at relay

A TEAM of keen volunteers from Biggenden will be put through their paces at Maryborough’s Relay for Life on April 17 and 18.

Entering as the Burnett Has Beens, team members, including the veteran of the team, 81 year-old Ray Hutchinson, are busy fundraising.

A popular raffle is one which has a football signed by rugby league legend Wally Lewis as its prize.

A free bus from Biggenden will take patrons to a tombola to be held at the Coalstoun Lakes Hall on March 27.

All funds raised will benefit the Cancer Council Queensland for cancer research and patient support.
