NBN - who else has had disgraceful service?

My folks live in Cordalba, they have had 5 appointments from NBN Co to connect them to the NBN. On every occasion so far either no one has showed up at the appointed time or the appointment has been cancelled by NBN Co with less than 24hrs notice. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! What type of business or service is NBN Co running....? If it was a fully private enterprise and not supported by Govt it would be broke already with such abysmal service. Complaints have been made to the highest levels to no availl. The latest cancellation occurred today - Its time for everyone to name and shame NBN Co for each time they do not show or cancel an appointment - maybe with enough voices our representatives will wake up and demand better service for their communities.
