BREAKING: Police find missing Coast woman

BREAKING: A WOMAN missing from Mountain Creek since Monday morning has been found by police.

Kaye Marriott, 60, was last seen leaving an address near Lanata Cres in her car about 8am, but was located by police in her home this morning.

Members of the community shared the missing person's report thousands of times as her disappearance was described as out of character by her family. 

EARLIER: POLICE have appealed to the public for any word of a missing 60-year-old Sunshine Coast woman.

Kaye Marriott has been missing from Mountain Creek since yesterday morning.

She was last seen leaving an address near Lanata Cres in her car about 8am and has not been seen or heard from since.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare as her absence is out of character.

Kaye is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 164cm tall with a medium build, dyed blonde hair and brown eyes.

Her vehicle (similar to the vehicle pictured) is a white 2016 Hyundai i30 hatchback with Queensland registration 242WLV.

Police have urged anyone who may have seen Kaye or her vehicle to contact Policelink or Crime Stoppers.
