Man shoves baby wipes, milk down pants at Pialba Coles

A MAN shoved a pack of baby wipes and a carton of milk down his pants at the Pialba Coles, a court heard.

But, Jason Stephen King has not recollection of taking the items just before 3pm on May 26.

The court heard King told police he did not remember but the CCTV footage did show him taking the wipes and milk.

King, 25, pleaded guilty in Hervey Bay District Court for unauthorised dealing with shop goods.

Magistrate Barry Barrett fined King $450 and ordered he pay $15 in restitution.
