Man punches window on night out

A MAN charged with public nuisance after he punched a shop window on the way home from a night out on the town pleaded guilty in Bundaberg Magistrates Court yesterday.

Christopher Maurice Ford, 27, was seen by police “walking aggressively” down Woongarra Street about 3.25am on August 7.

Police observed the man punch a window, which he said was the result of him being agitated by another person. He was put on a $200 recognisance for four months.
