Man in court for possessing drugs

A 24-YEAR-OLD who was caught with dangerous drugs and utensils was fined $460 in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court yesterday.

On June 4, police executed a search warrant at Andrew Robert Nichols' home and found clip seal bags containing 0.1 grams of amphetamine, digital scales, pencil cases filled with clip seal bags, empty pill capsules, glass pipes with black residue and a glass pipe with crystal residue. They also found $13,320 in cash which was seized and later returned.

Police also found seven grams of white powder which the defendant claimed was sugar.
