Man accused of taking photos of boy in public toilet

A MAN has been accused of taking photos of a boy while he was using a public toilet in Brisbane.

It is understood the boy was in a cubicle of the toilets at Chermside Marketplace in Webster Rd, Chermside, about 5.10pm today when he witnessed a man taking photos of him.

After telling his family what had occurred, the man was then pinned down by a member of public in a citizen's arrest until police arrived.

A police spokesman said the man had gone with police voluntarily and had not yet been arrested or charged.
