Make a hit overseas with cricket Wanderers

JUNIOR cricketers from across Queensland are invited to be a part of the Wanderers Australia Junior Cricket Tour for Easter 2011.

The squad will consist of individual players from across Australia, who will come together to form teams that will play in the West Indies during the Australian Easter school holidays in 2011.

More than 2000 young Australians have already been taken on tour, in cricket, hockey, soccer and AFL football, in the past 13 years.

The squad will travel to Barbados, where it will play against club, representative and specialised sporting schools’ teams.

Each team will play about seven games over 18 days.

The squad may also play in Antigua, subject to scheduling and availability.

The tour will finish with a brief visit to Los Angeles, where the squad will play against representative teams from the United States Under-19 program, as well as have the opportunity to tour Hollywood and Santa Monica, Disneyland and Universal Studios.

We are taking two teams (26 boys in total) and the tour is open to boys aged 14 to 18 in 2011.

Our teams will play against under-15 teams and under-18 teams.
