LNP and Labor unite: No chance of daylight saving

NO. Non. Ne. Nein. Nope.

Queensland will not get daylight saving in the foreseeable future.

The major parties again ruled out the issue that the sun refuses to set on, falling back on the "we will not split Queensland" line.

It is one of the only issues both Labor and the LNP can agree on.

"There should be no change to daylight savings because Queenslanders do not want it and we cannot have a situation where we divide our state into two zones," Opposition Leader Annastacia Palaszczuk said on Monday.
