LETTER: Playing like girls
OUR victorious rugby girls in Rio have completely changed the meaning of the saying "play like a girl” from an insult to a compliment.
Hopefully, they will not follow the example of a few male players and bash up their loved ones, get involved in public punch-ups or smash hotel accommodation.
Rather, they are far more likely to continue to inspire by example future Australian sports people.
Good on you team for playing like girls.
