Kids to enjoy fundraiser day

BUNDY kids are set to enjoy a great day out at Movie World all in the name of fundraising for Give Me 5 For Kids.

On Tuesday, kids between 13 and 18 will board the Kids Day Out coach, departing Bundaberg Coaches terminal at 5am.

The event has been running for the past four years and includes a full day at Movie World with a return coach trip.

"This is a great way for kids to have a little break away during school holidays and because it falls on a week day, it even gives parents a little break too," Southern Cross Austereo tactics and integrations manager Estelle Pretorius said.

The cost of the trip is $70 per person and includes bus transfers and entry to Movie World with all proceeds going to the Give Me 5 for Kids.

"There are still seats left but they are starting to fill up rather quickly as we get closer to the school holidays," Ms Pretorius said.

To sign your child up to the Kids Day Out, visit the Southern Cross Austereo Station at 7 Takalvan St.
