Key Crows duo set to line up against Bombers

ADELAIDE has reiterated that Daniel Talia and David Mackay will play Essendon on Saturday night after getting through their final training session on Friday morning.

Assistant coach David Teague said the pair had recovered from groin and thigh injuries from last week's Showdown and would be fit to tackle the Bombers at Etihad Stadium.

"Everyone got through so we'll go in as selected," Teague said.

"They had to get through the main session yesterday and they did that really well so we're very confident."

Teague said Talia would most likely get first crack at Joe Daniher, who leads the Coleman Medal tally, while Luke Brown and Jake Kelly were contenders for Anthony McDonald Tipungwuti.

"Their key forwards compete in the air and they have some small forwards as well and it's the way they move the ball as a team, quick and through the corridor," Teague said.
