Kaleidoscope of art work

THE Gin Gin Regional Courthouse Gallery will present its October exhibition A Kaleidoscope of Colour.

The exhibition by Queensland artists Lee Kempson, Val and Bill Hood and Alison Jarrett will include watercolour, oil, acrylic, pastel, charcoal paintings and lead lighting.

Within these paintings people can see how the artists have depicted the vigour and confidence of our country way of life and what land means to people.

People can view A Kaleidoscope of Colour in the nature of the Australian bush and will become absorbed in the pieces of art.

They will journey through the wonderful medium of colour and glass as they look through the gallery at the art of lead lighting.

People may even catch sight of a serene angel in one of the artists' works.

The gallery welcomes residents to view the works of art and sit back with a cuppa and take in the scenery.

The gallery's exhibition will open on October 7 and run until Friday, October 29.
