Injuries force All Stars coaches into changes

RUGBY LEAGUE: Mal Meninga has added four players to his World All Stars squad and three have been called into the Indigenous camp as replacements.

All Stars Nate Myles, Konrad Hurrell, Adam Reynolds and Jake Trbojevic were originally selected but have all withdrawn due to injury.

They have been replaced by Dragons recruit Paul Vaughan, Manly winger Akuila Uate, Rabbitohs hooker Damien Cook and Roosters club favourite Mitchell Aubusson.

Laurie Daley has also been forced to alter his Indigenous squad, after the withdrawals of Sam Thaiday and Adam Elliott through injury, and of Will Chambers as he awaits the birth of his first child.

Those three have been replaced by Bevan French, Tyrone Roberts and Chris Smith for the representative showpiece to be played in Newcastle on Friday week.
