Illegal fireworks and drugs found in South East Queensland raid

A MAN has been charged after police raided a home in Carrara where they allegedly found dangerous drugs, cash and fireworks.

Officers from the Rapid Action and Patrols Group raided the property at Meadowlake Drive where they allegedly found cocaine, MDMA, cannabis, cash and fireworks.

A 30-year-old man has been charged with three counts of possessing dangerous drugs and one count each of producing and supplying dangerous drugs, possessing drug utensils, possessing explosives and possessing property suspected of being the proceeds of an offence.

He will appear at Southport Magistrates Court next year on January 30.
