Husband and wife children's entertainers to perform

CHERMSIDE Mum and Dad team Melissa Western (Lissa) and Tnee Dyer (Nee Nee), have a secret weapon when it comes to developing quality entertainment for kids - their live-in test audience, daughters Ella Abigail (4) and Sasha Rose (2).

With a captive, resident audience to test their material it's no wonder they are a hit with kids everywhere.

Lissa and Nee Nee (Melissa and Tnee's larger than life alter egos) have fast become a favourite for kids around the world.

Since their explosive season in the 2012 QPAC Out of the Box Festival they have featured onstage with Yo Gabba Gabba, and packed out shows for Powerkids (Brisbane Powerhouse), Canterbury International Arts Festival UK (Spiegeltent), Edinburgh Fringe, State Library of Queensland, Southbank Australia Day Festival, Woodford Folk Festival, Art with Altitude and many other children and family events.

Tnee is a multi-instrumentalist and singer whose original songs are filled with energy and verve.

His arrangements of classic nursery rhymes breathe new life into classic tunes.

Melissa is an acclaimed actor-singer whose warm theatricality and story-telling through song has seen her delight audiences, young and old, for over a decade.

Her experience performing for children began in 2004 when she worked with Sydney based children's theatre company Tell Tales.

Since then she has performed over 500 hundred solo and duo shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Edinburgh.

Her original show "Baby Loves Singing, Dancing and YOU!" received critical acclaim and official "sold out" status at the Edinburgh Fringe.
