Hervey Bay terrorises United in last game

HERVEY Bay's A-grade women's team lived up to their name on Saturday.

Terrors destroyed United Firestix 16-1 to register the equal-biggest win of the new-look competition.

Hervey Bay matched the 15-run win margin they first set against Bargara Bullets on October 28, when they won 19-4.

While they didn't score as many runs, the Terrors' work from the pitcher's mound ensured they entered the seasonal break in second place, three points behind Waves Tsunamis, who bounced back to the winner's circle courtesy of a 10-4 win against Bargara.

Hervey Bay's men's team lost the top-of-the-table clash against United Flame.

United beat Terrors 10-3 to leapfrog the Fraser Coast side into pole position. Bargara beat Waves 3-2 in the other men's game.
