Hearing set for pair charged with firearms offences

A HEARING date has finally been set for the case involving two people charged with firearms offences following the discovery of more than 50 greyhound carcasses at Coonarr in March.

In the Bundaberg Magistrates Court yesterday defence lawyer Matt Messenger appeared on behalf of Narelle June Mulcahy and Clive William Samuels and said the search warrant remained "the major focal point for this matter".

After nine adjournments the hearing has been listed for February next year.
