IF YOU'D like to help a good cause, then sit back, relax and be taken on a magical journey with a special screening of The Life of Pi on December 7.

The Ang Lee film is about a young man on a fateful voyage who, after a spectacular disaster, becomes marooned on a lifeboat he has to share with the ship's only other survivor - a bengal tiger.

Combined Rotary clubs of Bundaberg and the Rotaract Club have joined forces to bring the film to the big screen at Reading Cinemas with a minimum of $10 of each $25 ticket being donated to the End Polio Now campaign.

The night will start out with cheese and wine.

There will also be a lucky door prize, raffles and calendar sales.

Tickets can be purchased from Chiquita's on 75 Bourbong St or West Car Sales at 45 Walker St.
