French couple make sweet offer

A FRENCH couple has made a sweet offering to Bundaberg residents for one month only.

Eloudie Rouleau and Arnaud Julieno are travelling through Australia and have decided to offer their crepe-making skills to Teaspoon cafe in Targo Street.

“Come and meet us and enjoy the French crepe,” Ms Rouleau said.

While one of the main reasons the pair wanted to travel through Australia was to brush up their English skills, they are also encouraging Bundaberg students to go to the cafe if they would like some help with their French.

The couple will be focusing on sweet dishes, with a weekly special available.

Crepes will be available Monday to Friday, from 3pm-4pm, throughout November.

Cafe owner Denise Williams said as soon as she met the couple she wanted to make them part of the Teaspoon family.

“I thought they could enhance the atmosphere by adding a touch of French culture,” she said.
