Four hospitalised after rollover

THREE adults and a three-year-old child were taken to Childers Hospital yesterday morning after the driver lost control of the vehicle.

An 18-year-old man from Gladstone, whose licence was suspended, is believed to have been driving the silver Hyundai Getz hatchback on the Bruce Highway, 5km north of Apple Tree Creek, when he started to adjust the rear view mirror.

It is believed he then lost control of the vehicle and overturned it about 6.30am.

The vehicle rolled three times and landed on the opposite side of the road.

Paramedics attended the scene and transported the occupants to hospital with no serious injuries.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
