Food to be flown in
BREAKING: FOOD supplies will be airlifted into Bundaberg by the army this morning.
Bundaberg Regional mayor Lorraine Pyefinch said two Hercules class aircraft would be bringing in essentials such as bread and milk.
"We provided a list of emergency supplies including what the Friendlies Hospital and the Bundaberg Hospital had told us they required," she said.
The supplies will be distributed through supermarkets later today.
