Firearms, explosives, dangerous drugs found in raids
DANGEROUS drugs and firearm offences were on the Mundubbera Police radar during the week when several search warrants were executed.
The Mundubbera Police with the help of the Tactical Crime Squad, Kingaroy Stock and Rural Crime Squad and the State Drug Squad conducted the warrants netting positive results.
It's alleged a 20-year-old Mundubbera man was located with dangerous drugs and ammunition without authority.
He was issued with a drug diversion and a notice to appear in the Gayndah Magistrates Court next month in relation to the ammunition.
A 58-year-old Mundubbera man was allegedly located with dangerous drugs, ammunition and a cannabis plant.
A 51-year-old Mundubbera man was allegedly located with a number of cannabis plants and a quantity of cannabis.
A 68-year-old Eidsvold man was allegedly located with four unregistered firearms and explosives.
These cases are set to be heard at the Gayndah Magistrates Court next month.
Mundubbera police sergeant Daniel Clarke said he'd like to thank the North Burnett community for their assistance in these matters.
