Fighting for Queensland's pride

BUNDABERG'S ASP Tae Kwon-do hopefuls are heading to Canberra today to take part in the Australian Open and National Championships this weekend.

A group of more than 15 fighters from the academy will go to Chandler to fight for the Queensland team.

And their head instructor Tim Arnett is confident they will return from the event with medals.

“We should get at least six, we have six people here who are black belts and a lot of very good fighters,” he said.
