Expo set to delight craft fans

LOVERS of craft and home-made goodies will have plenty to feast their eyes on as the popular annual Sew What's Crafty Expo opens today at the civic centre.

The event, organised by Bundaberg Christian College, will feature more than 50 stalls, including home-made candles, scrapbooking and beading.

Organiser Sandra Lynch said the expo would be more like a "mini Brisbane craft expo" because so many exhibitors had come from far away.

The expo, an important fundraiser for the college, opens today from 4-8pm and tomorrow from 9am-4pm.

Entry is $5 for adults, $2.50 for school students and $4 for pensioners. Children under school age are free.
