Country honesty shines through

A WALLET lost on Monday at the Gympie Muster with a week’s worth of spending money inside was handed to police with credit cards and $350 cash untouched.

Gympie Police on Muster patrol tracked down the owner, who was “over the moon”.

The good deed was put down to “old-fashioned country honesty”, Sergeant Vic Tipman said.
