Countdown is on for Move It expo

THE countdown is on for the 2015 MOVE it Expo with the event to showcase the best of health and fitness within the Bundaberg region.

Council's Sport, Recreation and Venues spokeswoman Lynne Forgan said this year the expo would be held at St Lukes Anglican School from 11am to 3pm on Saturday, May 23.

"The MOVE it Expo is now in its third year and is growing in popularity with health and wellbeing service providers and residents alike," Cr Forgan said.

"We are very fortunate within the Bundaberg region to have so much at our fingertips that promotes healthier lifestyles.

"Our strong sporting tradition, our salad bowl reputation and a wide range of health and fitness providers will come together for the MOVE it Expo to create the region's one-stop shop for better health and wellbeing."

This year the MOVE it Expo has partnered with the Rotary Club of Bundaberg West Ring Road Run, the YMCA of Bundaberg and the Cancer Council Queensland and are proudly supported by Coral Coast Pharmacies, Australian National Properties.
