Childers farm in court

BREAKING: CHILDERS fruit and vegetable grower Barbera Farms was due to face a charge of failing to discharge a workplace health and safety obligation in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court this morning.

But the Crown Prosecutor was unable to attend due to the flooding in Brisbane.

The matter will appear in court on February 10.
